Benjamin Winikoff is an partner attorney with Elliot Morgan Parsonage, PLLC in Winston Salem, NC. He has a diverse civil litigation practice with a focus in the areas of employment law, workers’ compensation, and personal injury. Through this diverse practice, Mr. Winikoff has represented clients in a range of issues, including claims of race, sex, disability, pregnancy, sexual harassment, and genetic discrimination in the workplace. Mr. Winikoff has represented whistleblowers, clients under the False Claims Act, and clients with retaliation claims under state and federal law. Mr. Winikoff has also represented state and local government employees subject to the State Human Resources Act (SHRA).
Mr. Winikoff has been selected to the 2019 and 2020 North Carolina Rising Stars List by Super Lawyers and is 2018 Graduate of the North Carolina Bar Association Leadership Academy. Mr. Winikoff is a North Carolina Board Certified Specialist in Workers Compensation Law.
In addition to being a full time partner, Mr. Winikoff also teaches workers’ compensation law as an adjunct professor at Wake Forest University School of Law and serves as a Captain in the United States Army Reserve Judge Advocate General Corps.
Mr. Winikoff is a graduate of Wake Forest University and Wake Forest University School of Law. He lives in Winston Salem with his wife, Holley, and their daughter.
